Project Overview

Creed’s Christmas Holiday brand activation at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 was designed to immerse passengers in a luxurious festive environment, drawing on the brand’s signature dark brass and green palette, dark wood finishes, and gold ribbon accents.

I led the Terminal 3 activation from concept through to final delivery, producing 3D visuals, spatial layouts, and production-ready assets to create a cohesive, premium pop-up experience within a live airport setting.

The Challenge

To deliver a visually rich, festive activation within a high-traffic airport terminal while meeting strict safety, security, and production regulations.

Certain decorative elements, including wreaths, had to be removed due to airport compliance requirements, requiring rapid design adaptations
while preserving the seasonal atmosphere and luxury brand aesthetic.

My Role

I was the sole designer responsible for the Terminal 3 activation, overseeing the project from early concept development to on-site installation.
My responsibilities included:

  • Concept development and 3D visualisation

  • Spatial layout and pop-up environment design

  • Creation of production-ready renders and technical assets

  • Mid-production monitoring and design adjustments

  • On-site oversight as furniture and installation elements were placed

  • Coordination with production teams to ensure safety compliance and brand fidelit
